What I did
- Built an LLM agent that queries and acts on the ERP, the ticketing system and other tools through tool calling.
- Built an MCP server that gives AI models controlled access to the SQL Server databases.
- Specified and set up a local-AI workstation for a client: RTX 5090, Ubuntu, CUDA, Ollama, Open WebUI.
- Built a Node.js service that prepares 3CX phone-system activations and generates voice prompts with ElevenLabs.
